Two things make a bug much faster to fix: tell us what you were doing when it happened, and which device you were on. A screenshot is worth ten sentences.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the menu, go to My account, then Delete my account. If you own the stable, this also deletes the stable and everything in it, and the app warns you before you confirm. You can also write to privacy@hopon.horse and we will do it within 30 days.

Someone on my team cannot see their tasks.

It is almost always a role. Open the menu, go to Stable, then Client access and invitations, and check what role they were given. Roles decide what each person sees.

Can my clients see the whiteboard?

No. The board is internal to your team. Clients see their own horses and their own calendar, nothing else.

What does HopOn cost?

Clients, riders and staff use HopOn for free today. For a stable, our fee is 1% of the subtotal of each invoice it issues through HopOn, once that invoice is paid through the app or marked as paid in the app, plus sales tax where the law of its state requires it. The Stable Terms explain who bears it and how we collect it.

Stripe asks for our website, and the barn does not have one.

When you verify your barn (menu, Payment setup, Verify my barn), Stripe will not let you finish without a website. Give it the full link to your barn's Facebook or Instagram page instead, for example https://www.facebook.com/yourbarn: the link to your own page, not just its name. Stripe accepts a social media profile as a business website. No page at all? Write to us: Stripe can review the account with supporting documents instead, and we will walk you through it.

HopOn is not a veterinary service. The app keeps your records, it does not give medical advice. For anything urgent about a horse, call your vet.
